What we expect of each other

Every trade has an owner who follows it from the first offer to the last surveyor’s report.

Clients hand us their risk. We plan carefully and check twice because of it.

Suppliers, ship owners, surveyors and buyers hear from us early and clearly.

There are no open positions listed right now, but we always want to hear from strong people in these areas.

Find the cargo, price it and negotiate the contract across metals and minerals.

Charter vessels, issue nominations and coordinate loading and discharge.

Plan inland transport and port handling, and get every load to the plant gate.

Handle letters of credit, trade documents and settlement.
